① The output shaft is designed with large-size and large-span double-support bearings, and the planetary boom is integrated with it. the input bearing is directly placed in the jib to ensure the high running accuracy and maximum torsional rigidity of the reducer.
② The shell and the inner ring gear are integrally designed, and after quenching and tempering, the gear shaping treatment can be achieved. high torque, wear resistance and separation accuracy. moreover, the anti-rust treatment of the surface lock greatly enhances its corrosion resistance.
③ The rotating interface of planetary gear adopts the design of full needle roller without cage to increase the contact area, so as to improve the structural rigidity and service life.
④ After the gear is cut with japanese materials; after vacuum carburizing and heat treatment to 58-62hrc, and then finishing rolling treatment, the best tooth profile and tooth direction are obtained, which ensures the high precision and good impact toughness of the gear.
